Need advise on 2015 Chrysler 200 rebuild

I bought a car from auction and I'm rebuilding it but there's some lose connectors that I don't know what they're for and don't know if there's a wire harness missing. They go on the front driver side I'll attach pics they're by where the bumper goes.
