Control Buttons on Steering Wheel ???

While I've read the Operating Manual for our 200 LX and Understand & Read about the Cruise Control button functions on the Rightside...Can not find anything to Describe Function of the Leftside Buttons... Step ( top button ) Reset ( bottom button )...Any Ideas, Please & Thank You......
