Default Front End Hum

I think I am losing it!!! This hum has gotten worse. New tires?----got them, hum still there. New brakes?----done, hum still there. Bearings?---bearings are tight, wheel hub is tight. CV joints?---joints are tight, just a little rusty. Checked the cowlings?---all good, no missing screws or plastic buttons.

It doesn't happen when the engine is running, so it would seem it's not an engine issue. It starts at 25 mph and steadily gets worse to the point that the radio won't drown out the noise. I love this car, 100%, but can't seem to figure out what this horrible humming sound is. Also, I have noticed that when the hum is a-humming, when I slightly turn to the right, the hum diminishes.
