Default 2012 200 hardtop convertible

I've had it to 3 or 4 repair shops and nobody can fix the noise... if you take a slow right hand turn, like into a parking spot, it sounds and feels like the driver side front tire is about to fall off. You get a couple of thunks and some clunks. seems as if the wheel is leaning top out and pushing bottom in as it skips across pavement. I had 4 new strut and swap bar end link, no different, thinking either lower arms and ball joints or rack & pinion, maybe. These car are POS from the start. anyone have any info on what I should be checking, that would help...A LOT!! thanks.
