Default Rotors

I have a 2011 with 26K miles on it and the rotors are shot. Of course they want me to pay for it when it has to be a manufacturing issue. I called the customer service 800# and they of course couldn't get in touch with my dealers service mgr. I emailed the Quality CEO tonight but I bet I don't hear from him either.

Definitely a Tuff Call, Would be nice if the Dealership would Eat some of the Cost....Considering the Manufacturer has absolved themselves behind the Warranty...You used to be able to Shave a bit off the Rotors during a Pad Replacement but it seems to be easier to Replace the Rotors today as well as the Pads...And not Everyone Brakes the Same, Just Saying....Good Luck

Interesting. I drove four used 200s before I bought mine and two of them had what feels like warped rotors. The one I bought was the worst, actually. The dealer I got it from was supposed to fix them before I picked it up but didn't so now I'm supposed to get it done myself and send them the bill. Annoying but we live out of town so to leave it and pick it up another day would have been extremely inconvenient.
I wonder if getting some vented rotors would be worth it.
